FALLOUT 4 mods have officially arrived on PS4, although they’ve still got the 1GB limit.

Fallout 4 update 1.8 has landed on consoles, complete with multiple fixes and mod support for PS4.

NEW FEATURES

- General optimizations and performance improvements
- Fixed an issue in which some sound effects would not persist after reloading in an area
- Resolved an occasional crash when exiting to the Main Menu, and trying to start a New Game
- Fixed an issues with spaces in Mods search queries
- Cannot rate “WIP” Work in Progress Mods, and Mods can now only be rated after they have been downloaded
- Doubled the amount of browse-able tiles in the Mods menu
- Fixed a rare crash that would occur when a Mod had an unexpected data structure
- Fixed an issue in which Library and/or Favorite Mods categories would not display correctly in specific situations
- Fixed an issue in which some Mods images would not load when scrolling quickly
- A Sentry Bot firing dual Gatling Lasers will no longer cause the audio to cut out
UPDATE: Fallout 4 PS4 mods are coming this week, but it doesn’t look like modding size limits will be increased.
Asked if modding limitations were likely to change, Bethesda’s Pete Hines said: “What we have provided is would we could get approved.”
ORIGINAL: Fallout 4 PS4 mods are coming as part of an imminent console update, Bethesda has confirmed.
Bethesda told Twitter followers that Fallout 4 update 1.8 will be released on PS4 and Xbox One later this week.
Fallout 4 update 1.8 patch notes are yet to be revealed, but Bethesda did confirm that the update will also contain mod support for PS4.
“Fallout4’s 1.8 arrives on consoles later this week & will include PS4 Mod Support,” reads the latest tweet.
Fallout 4 modding took a step closer to becoming a reality last week, after Bethesda released a big new Creation Kit update.

Fallout 4 PS4 Mods Support added In ‘Fallout 4’ 1.8 Update on PC, Xbox One and PS4
Fallout 4 PS4 Mods support is now rolling out on PC, Xbox One and PS4 in the latest Fallout 4 1.8 Update version of the game.
Bethesda Softworks has finally release Fallout 4 Update (aka 1.8 Update) for the PC, Xbox One and especially for the PS4 after months of long wait. If you have updated Fallout 4 1.8 Update then you will be able to download and install your favorite mods for Playstation 4 on official website of Bethenda. Here’s full list of upcoming PS4 games of 2017.
If you have upgraded Fallout 4 1.8 update, first of all will get the message that will says you need to log in with your Bethesda.net account. If you have not created your Bethesda account yet the go to Bethesda.net account to login. There is also message adds “Play with Mods at your own risk. You may experience issues with mods. You can disable Mods via Load Order and go back to your original save at anytime using Select Character in the Load menu. Downloading and playing with Mods is subject to our Terms of Service. Note: Trophies are disabled. Sometime there are the chances of playstation down but the Sony team will always stand for a that time and solve the problem.

Bethesda Softworks has posted on official Twitter page that they are working on PS4 Pro support for Fallout 4 in the next update of the game. We all know that Watch Dogs 2, Dishonored 2 and Final Fantasy 15 are now rolling on Playstation 4 in all around the world.
